THE STAFF WAS FROM THE FRONT DESK TO THE BREAKFAST HELP WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

OUR ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED ON THE FIRST DAY. THE SHOWER HEAD SPRAYED WATER ALL OVER THE BATHROOM AND ON THE LAST DAY THE CEILING ABOVE THE TUB WAS PEELING AND FALLING DOWN.

Simple hotel with free wi-fi, the location was easy to the Mall of America. The rooms were decent sized and updated, we had a very nice time there. Cereal and eggs provided for breakfast was good! Location: the venue was really close to downtown sites and local restaurants and Minneapolis, MN for business or pleasure.

The room wassuper clean and cozy, perfect after our day visiting The Nicollet Mall and the Brooklyn Park Historical Farm. The location is convenient, close to Denny's for meals. The continental breakfast could use more options, though.

The staff was fantastic and super friendly. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked like a charm.

A Hidden Gem with Amazing Service!

I stayed with friends for a night and loved the cozy atmosphere. The front desk staff were pretty good, recommending local spots and even providing extra towels without hesitation. Breakfast options were limited, but we found great coffee nearby. A fantastic stay overall!

It was just a nice choice for a city break in Brooklyn Center with very good value for money. The banana selection at breakfast could definitely use some work, but overall, it was fine. If you're planning to use the exercise room, expect limited space between equipment.
